|  | Richard Bradshaw is regarded as one of the world's leading exponents of shadow puppetry. He was the Artistic Director of the Marionette Theatre of Australia from 1976 to 1983, received the Medal of the Order of Australia for services to the Arts in 1986 and was awarded the Sidney Myer Performing Arts Award in 1987. He was featured in Jim Henson international TV series THE WORLD OF PUPPETs which highlighted six of the best puppeteers from around the world and he regularly performs overseas.
THE PROGRAMME
Children's songs, traditional fables, sight gags and goofy stunts combine in a magical performance & demonstration of shadow puppet-making.
The show includes
1: "Broken Bridge"- a traditional French story
2: "The Cat Came Back"- a traditional song
3: "How the Sun was made"- an Aboriginal legend
4: "Tale of Two Fishes"- prejudice between a green and an orange fish
5: "Super Kangaroo"- a catchy song about the defender of the environment
